Project Overview
Enquiry Medical is an AI-powered clinic management platform built for healthcare professionals in Ireland and the UK. The platform helps doctors, specialists, and clinic owners manage scheduling, billing, patient communications, and administrative workflows — all from a single dashboard.
I was commissioned to design the full marketing landing page — the primary conversion surface for the product. The goal was to take a technically complex healthcare SaaS product and present it in a way that was immediately clear, trustworthy, and compelling to busy medical professionals.


01 — The Problem
Healthcare professionals face a uniquely difficult challenge: they are highly skilled in medicine but chronically short on time. Administrative burden is one of the biggest pain points in modern medical practice — and most existing clinic management software is either too generic, too complex to adopt, or poorly designed for daily clinical use.
Enquiry Medical had built a powerful AI-driven solution to this problem. But they faced a critical go-to-market challenge: their landing page needed to do several hard things simultaneously:
Core Design Challenges
Communicate complex AI features in plain, non-technical language that resonates with doctors
Build immediate trust and credibility with healthcare professionals — a high-trust audience
Drive conversions (demo bookings) from visitors who are time-poor and sceptical of new software
Differentiate from generic medical software competitors with a premium, modern visual identity
Work seamlessly across desktop and mobile for busy clinicians, checking on the go
02 — The Solution
My approach was to treat the landing page as a structured persuasion journey — not just a collection of features. Every section was designed with a specific role in moving the visitor from awareness to intent to action.
Design Strategy Pillars
• Empathy First — Lead with the problem (admin burden), not the product
• Trust Architecture — Social proof, partner logos, and testimonials positioned strategically
• Progressive Disclosure — Complex features revealed section by section, never overwhelming
• Conversion Momentum — CTA reinforced at every decision point throughout the scroll
• Premium Aesthetic — Dark navy + clean whites signal enterprise-grade software quality

The visual design was built around a cohesive system that communicates both innovation and trustworthiness — two values that must coexist in healthcare software.

What I Delivered
• Full landing page design across all sections — desktop and mobile responsive
• Developed the visual design language from scratch — no existing brand templates • Structured the narrative architecture of the page to maximise scroll-through rate
• Designed a conversion-optimised CTA strategy with 5 touchpoints across the scroll
• Created a specialty-based audience segmentation panel to personalise the experience
• Produced developer-ready Figma files with component specs and layout guides
• Ensured WCAG accessibility compliance in colour contrast and interactive elements
